Our goal at Shelby is to provide you with high quality items. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, received the wrong item, ordered the wrong color, size, etc., we're here to help resolve the problem. In order for us to serve you, please contact us immediately or within 30 days.
1. Prior to returning any item, the ShelbyStore.com must be contacted via e-mail by clicking here or calling 702.942.1720 to obtain an RMA number. All orders returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
2. Items MUST be returned in new condition and in original packaging.
3. If possible, please include a copy of your invoice inside your returned package. You can print copies of your invoice by logging in and clicking on the "My Account" link here.
4. Items must be inspected upon delivery. Signing for a package states that the recipient has inspected for and takes responsibility for any visible damage. Check your package contents and report any HIDDEN damage or missing items immediately. SPP cannot honor damage claims after 5 business days.
