2023 Team Shelby Le Mans Classic VIP Experience (June 29 - July 2)
FRANCE
Celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of both Carroll Shelby and the 24 hours of Le Mans with Team Shelby. The Shelby community will honor these two centennials with a four-day automotive celebration in France. The event will also benefit JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
For a few days, vintage racecars (1903 - 1979) will compete on the full circuit used for the annual modern day 24 Hours of Le Mans. The event consists of a series of races for cars which competed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans (or are of the same model). To race, a driver must own an FIA International Competition license.
Car Shows and auctions will be held on the Bugatti Circuit grounds, with various enthusiast clubs displaying their favorite vehicles. A dazzling array of memorabilia is also available and the racing museum is stunning.
The Team Shelby Le Mans Classic VIP Experience will start in Paris and then move to Le Mans. The package is available with or without hotel and includes:
- Opening dinner reception in Paris
- Caravan drive to Le Mans with Lunch
- Shelby dinner in Angers, France
- Meet & Greet with Aaron Shelby and other available Shelby celebrities
- Admission to the Le Mans Classic vintage sports car races on Saturday
- VIP Hospitality with Michelin (includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Brunch at the historic and picturesque Hotel de France
- Hotel accommodations in Angers, France, for two nights
- Gift Bag with Official gear from Carroll Shelby's store
The schedule is:
Thursday (June 29)
- Evening welcome reception in Paris
- Dinner cruise on the famous Seine river
- Tickets to the Eiffel Tower
Friday (June 30)
- Drive through the French countryside to the Le Mans area
- Lunch
- Dinner in Angers, France
Saturday (July 1)
- VIP parking with shuttles
- Tickets to the race
- VIP hospitality area with Michelin overlooking the racetrack
- Breakfast, gourmet lunch, and dinner at the track
- Open bar in the hospitality area
- Paddock access
Sunday (July 2)
- Scenic drive to La Chartre sur le Loir
- Brunch at Hotel de France
Packages:
$2,495 per person with two nights hotel near Le Mans and four days of experiences
$4,570 per couple with two nights near Le Mans and four days of experiences
$2,075 per person with four days of experiences only (without hotel)
Team Shelby can refer you to an international travel agent to arrange a flight, car rental and hotel in Paris, as well as any other European outings while there. A logistics partner is available to transport your personal vehicle to France for the trip if you choose.
TRIP COST
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are based on a person with their own room or a couple sharing a room with another. While we do our best to maintain the listed price, because our prices are set far in advance, we reserve the right to increase costs due to circumstances beyond our control; tariffs, taxes, and VAT received after prices are published and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. The cost is based on a minimum number of guests.
