Whipple, already known for breaking records with its cutting-edge systems, has gone even further by designing a brand-new Gen 5 3.0L twin-screw supercharger from the ground up. Featuring direct and port injection, this front-feed unit boasts unmatched efficiency from idle to redline. Upgrades include new bearings, gears, rotors, and housing, plus a 3/4 rotor combo, 285° helix, bell-mouth inlet, and optimized discharge port for superior performance.
Cooling is next-level too: a triple intercooler setup with expanded volume and surface area, paired with Whipple’s top-tier heat exchanger, reservoir, and pump—delivering more power with less boost and faster recovery.
Whipple’s advanced PCM calibration reconfigures fuel, spark, torque, transmission, and throttle control while constantly monitoring engine parameters. If anything falls out of spec, it automatically adjusts boost and torque to protect your engine. Each kit includes exclusive software, an OBDII flash tool, and Flight Control Software for wheel/axle size, octane tuning, crank/cam relearn, and more.
