While awaiting a heart transplant in 1990, Carroll Shelby sadly noted many children who needed the same life-saving operation. Shelby vowed to help them in their race for life upon his recovery. In 1991, he kept his promise by creating the Shelby Heart Fund.

The Foundation has evolved over the years, expanding its mission to help young people. Celebrate the roots of the Carroll Shelby Foundation with this stunning heart shaped ornament. One side has the CS Foundation logo while the other wears Carroll's favorite racing number, "98".
