Joke. Given instead of a Refund! May 6, 2013

I was excited to see a "free" gift card from Shelby. It turned out though that don't give refunds but give "free gift cards" instead for the refund. The email implied they were giving me a gift card for the troubles & delays for my order. WRONG!
